Der Happy Hallow is a park where children connect with nature by walking nature trails and experiencing outdoor activities.
It is a site for families to share camping and fishing experiences. It is a setting for families to create lasting memories of quality time with their children.
It is a tranquil setting for meditation, reflectioin and spiritual growth.
It is a park where guests are welcome to revel in the glory of creation.
CAMPING
If you want to enjoy the tranquil scenary and experience the subtle and gentle environment, come camp at Der Happy Hallow and let this area relax you. Our campsite is free as long as you fill out a booking form. Come join us.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Do you want to have a small secluded area to have an event? Fill out our booking form and reserve time for you and your family, patrons or group. We have a pavilion and a grill as well for your usage.
ROOTS COMMUNITY GARDEN
Do you have a Green Thumb? Some of our spacious and wondelful land is shared with the Lansing Food Bank for Community gardening. Details can be found by clicking the link on the page.
Relax and Happy Camping!
Our Camp sites go around the small inner lake and gives you the experience of the outdoors and nature. If you want to camp for a half day or a few days, just fill out the booking form and come hang out at Der Happy Hallow.
Enjoy and Happy Fishing!
While we do have a small pond that has fish, we are currently improving the fish population for a better fishing experience for you.
